I cry out for your hand of mercy to heal me.
I am weak; I need your love to free me.
O Lord, my rock, my strength in weakness,

Hear O’Israel, the Lord our God is one God. You shall love the Lord your God with all your strength and all your might. [Deu. 6:4]
Exodus 31:14-17 “Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation. You shall do no work. It is a Sabbath to the Lord in all your dwelling places.” This is how we honor and follow God.. to give back in respect one day of the week, to Him, in gratitude and love. It is a kind of tithing of ourselves – our hearts, souls and spirits [first fruits] unto our Lord.
